This policy is applicable to domestic (US) orders and is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on all domestic and international orders.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday).

DELIVERY TERMS

We use USPS, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, China Post, and Yunexpress among others to deliver the product.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@snorereliefpro.com or come to our store.

CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

f you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
